Photo London 18
17–20 May 2018
Large Glass presents the photographic work of Hélène Binet and of Guido Guidi. Each artist will show projects from 2000; architectural ‘visions’ of extraordinary buildings and constructions, which transform through their respective lenses.
Hélène Binet will show her striking photographic essay on the ‘Meshworks’ by Zaha Hadid – a coursing of red nylon coating wire strands that stretch between tree, rock, bush and earth in the Villa Medici Gardens in Rome.
Guido Guidi will show his stunning series of photographs of Mies van der Rohe’s Farnsworth House in Plano, Chicago. Guidi trained as an architect, painter and draughtsman and his work is defined by his conception of architecture and place.
