Large Glass showcases Hannah Collins’ project ‘The Fragile Feast – Routes to Ferran Adrià’ at RAW, a two-day celebration of some of the best wine talent in the world at The Old Truman Brewery, on Brick Lane.
Adrià’s restaurant, elBulli, was long regarded as the finest in the world. The culinary transformations from raw produce to spectacular dish were the result of a mysterious, almost alchemical process. After many conversations with Adrià and inspired by his passion for sourcing the finest ingredients, British artist Hannah Collins set out on a journey through Europe, Latin America and Japan to photograph thirty of the ingredients that are at the core of his cooking.
