02 July 2015Italian artist photographer Guido Guidi in conversation with Early Renaissance scholar Paul Hills and art photography curator David Company.
Professor Paul Hills is well known for his publications on colour, on Italian Renaissance art. In 2003 Hills was appointed Andrew Mellon Visiting Professor at The Courtauld, and took up a permanent post in 2004. He has lectured on Renaissance art at Harvard University, the Prado, the Louvre and the National Gallery in London.
David Campany is a writer, curator and artist, working with photography. His books include Walker Evans: the magazine work (2014), Jeff Wall: Picture for Women (2010), Photography and Cinema (2008). He also writes for Frieze, Aperture, Art Review, Photoworks and Tate magazine.
