Too Much Sun for Antonioni is the title of a short article that appeared in Il Resto del Carlino on January 9, 1964, in the Ravenna news section. Because of the good weather (despite it being the middle of winter), the Red Desert crew was forced to interrupt filming and wait—long and exhausting—for the fog to return. A state very familiar to the photographer.
